Bryce Very

Managing Broker

Hailing from Southern Indiana, Bryce Very studied finance at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. After college, Bryce began work as a territory representative for Henry Schein Dental in the Louisville and Lexington markets. After a year and a half, he moved to Nashville and joined the Patterson Dental team as their territory representative. In May 2019, Bryce joined a healthcare-specific real estate firm covering the entire Tennessee market. Working primarily with healthcare professionals, he has closed over $30 million worth of real estate. In his free time, Bryce enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Maria, and daughter, Grace, playing golf, working out, and walking his dog, Scout.

Patrick Crouse

Patrick Crouse grew up in eastern North Carolina. In 2009, he graduated from Asbury University with a degree in Business Administration. Patrick’s professional career began in late 2009 when he realized how much he enjoyed client-facing positions. Patrick built upon his skills in business development and, in 2014, was asked to move to Nashville, where he would assist in expanding the Craneworks, Inc. market. Patrick spent three years with the company, growing their territory by over $1 million in the second year. Afterward, he transitioned to another Crane company looking to gain market share in Middle Tennessee. There, he assisted in tripling their annual revenue over 18 months. Later, Patrick worked for Solley Equipment and Rigging for three years before transitioning into commercial real estate full-time in January 2020. Real estate was an obvious fit for Patrick, as he’s been investing in commercial real estate since his early 20s. Over the last several years, he has spent his time in the healthcare sector assisting healthcare professionals with their real estate transactions, working to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. In his free time, Patrick loves to spend time with his wife and three children outdoors, playing sports, boating, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Griffin Lowman

Griffin Lowman grew up in Nashville, TN, and attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He received his degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After college, Griffin began work as an advisor in the express car wash industry, where he worked for one and a half years. Griffin eventually decided to branch out and represent clients outside the express car wash industry and, since then, has started working in both the QSR and Multifamily uses for site selection. He has closed over $15 million worth of real estate, working primarily with express car washes. In his spare time, Griffin enjoys working out, Muay Thai, wake surfing, and spending time with family and friends.
